Are your tours semi-private or private?

We offer both. Most of our popular tours are semi-private (small groups, typically up to 8 guests in comfortable minivans). We also offer fully private tours for up to 8 people (larger vehicles available on request).

Do you pick us up from our hotel in Vienna?

Yes. Our tours include hotel or apartment pickup in Vienna from the inner districts (with postal code 1010-1090) and the Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Central Railway Station) area. We will confirm the exact pickup time the day before the tour. Should you stay outside the pickup radius for a certain tour, we ask you to come to the pickup area.

How long do the day trips last?

Most full-day trips last approximately 12–13 hours, including comfortable travel time, guided sightseeing, and free time at the destination.

Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?

Our standard minivans are not wheelchair accessible. Please contact us in advance if you have specific mobility requirements so we can advise on the best options.

What is included in the tour price?

Typically included: hotel/apartment pickup and drop-off in Vienna, transportation in a comfortable minivan, live English commentary by a professional driver/guide, WiFi and water on board, guided elements at the destination, and free time to explore. Exact inclusions are listed on each tour page.

Do you offer Christmas market tours?

Yes. We run special Christmas market day trips to Hallstatt and Salzburg (and a tour to the “Silent Night” chapel) during the festive season. These are among our most popular seasonal experiences.
